Who can apply
You can apply if:
- You are not a United States person for tax purposes.
- You hold a valid passport from your country of citizenship or residence.
- You are investing at least $25,000.
- You are within the maximum issue age for the term you choose. For Knighthead Safe Harbour that is 82 for a three year term and 75 for a ten year term.
Issue ages and withdrawal charges for Knighthead Navigator are pending confirmation from Knighthead.
You cannot apply if:
- You are a US citizen.
- You are a US resident for tax purposes.
- You hold a US Social Security Number.
Questions
You pay a single premium up front and earn a fixed interest rate that is guaranteed for the whole term. Your principal is protected. At the end of the term you can take your money, or roll into a new term.
